Buying marketing one service at a time produces six things that do not talk to each other. The Complete Digital Build is the alternative: one sequence, one team, one handover at the end.
No pitch. No lock-in. 30 minutes.
Six stages
Built in sequence, each standing on the one before
90–120 days
Discovery call to credential handover
Zero access fees
Nothing paid monthly to open your own accounts
The Complete Digital Build is a six-stage engagement from Oculus Intel covering digital architecture, engineering, design, marketing, footprint, and asset management. It runs 90 to 120 days from discovery call to handover. Each stage produces assets registered in the client’s own name, and the final stage transfers admin credentials for every system built, along with written documentation and staff training. Continued management is optional and is not required for any delivered system to keep running.

A house is not a roof plus some walls delivered by different contractors who never met. The order matters, and so does the fact that one team is accountable for the whole thing.

Foundation and frame
Page structure, URLs, schema, and site health. Get this wrong and every dollar you spend on marketing lands on a site search engines cannot read.
You own: the domain; the site files.

Systems
CRM, pipelines, follow-up automation, and Chase AI picking up calls and messages at any hour. Built inside accounts registered to your business.
You own: the crm account; every contact record.

Finish
Visual identity and interface work for the moment a buyer has your page open alongside three competitors and is deciding which one looks like it will show up.
You own: source files; the design system.

Staging
Content, social, and paid campaigns built as a fair trade — something genuinely useful in exchange for a few minutes of someone's time.
You own: every asset produced; the ad accounts.

Curb appeal
Google Business Profile, citations, reviews, and the structure that gets you named when someone asks an AI assistant for a recommendation.
You own: the google business profile; every directory listing.

Maintenance
Credentials, documentation, training, and monitoring. This is where ownership stops being a promise on a homepage and becomes a list of logins in your name.
You own: every credential; the documentation.
Four steps, in this order, on every build. No packages to choose between.
Step 1
No pitch. We look at your data, your market, and how work actually moves through your business.
Step 2
A build plan for your business, naming what you need and what you can skip, with pricing attached.
Step 3
Built on your domain, inside your accounts, handed over with the credentials.
Step 4
Run it yourself or keep us on to manage it. Either way the system is already yours.

What gets built
Architecture, schema, Google Business Profile, CRM setup, core automation
Lead nurture, Chase AI, review generation, design system, capture forms
Content, citations, advanced automation, attribution reporting
Credentials, documentation, training, asset inventory
The Complete Digital Build is a six-stage engagement covering architecture, engineering, design, marketing, footprint, and asset management. It runs 90 to 120 days and ends with ownership of every system transferred to the client: domain, website files, CRM account and data, automations, creative assets, ad accounts, and listing profiles.
Sometimes, but it is assessed during discovery rather than sold from a menu. Later stages depend on earlier ones — marketing content published onto a site with broken architecture underperforms, and a CRM with no lead capture in front of it sits empty. Where a business has already done a stage properly, that stage is not rebuilt.
Cost depends on scope, which is set after discovery rather than before. What is fixed is the structure: a one-time build fee, no monthly charge for access to your own system, and software costs paid directly to the platforms. Pricing is presented in the blueprint at step two, before any build work begins.
Weeks one to four cover foundation work: architecture, Google Business Profile, CRM setup, and core automation. Weeks five to eight cover pipeline: lead nurture, Chase AI, and review systems. Weeks nine to twelve cover optimization: content, advanced automation, and reporting. Builds run longer when data has to be migrated out of a system the business does not control.
You hold the credentials and the documentation, and the system keeps running. Ongoing management is available if you want optimization work, but it is priced as a service. There is no fee for access to systems that are already in your name.
Thirty minutes on the phone. We look at what you have, tell you what is worth building, and say so plainly if we are not the right fit.
